RITZ Chicken Parm Toppers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 18 pieces frozen popcorn chicken (7 oz.)
  • 18 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 mozzarella cheese slices (3 oz.), each cut into 9 pieces, divided
  • 1/3 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 375°F.
  • Microwave  chicken as directed on package.
  • Place  crackers in single layer on baking sheet; cover each with 1 cheese piece.
  • Top  with chicken, marinara sauce and remaining cheese.
  • Sprinkle  with oregano.
  • Bake  5 to 7 min. or until chicken is heated through and cheese is melted.

Recipe Tips

SubstitutePrepare using dried Italian seasoning.

VariationPrepare using 9 breaded chicken nuggets, cut in half or 18 pieces (4-1/2 oz.) refrigerated popcorn chicken.
