
RITZ Cheesy "Tacos"

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup tightly packed shredded lettuce
- 48 RITZ Crackers
- ½ lb. lean ground beef
- ⅓ cup salsa con queso
- ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. shredded Mexican cheese blend
Preparation
- Cover 12 small plates with lettuce.
- Thread 2 crackers carefully onto each of 24 (4-inch) wooden skewers, inserting ends of skewers through holes near bottoms of crackers. Place on prepared plates, then separate top edges of crackers on each skewer as shown in photo.
- Brown meat in skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add salsa con queso, cook and stir 1 min. or until heated through.
- Fill crackers with meat mixture, tomatoes and shredded cheese.
