Ingredients
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) brick cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) real bacon bits
- 2 Tbsp. pimiento strips
- RITZ Crackers
Preparation
- Beat first 5 ingredients with mixer until blended.
- Add onions; mix well.
- Refrigerate several hours.
- Form cream cheese mixture into football shape on serving plate; coat evenly with bacon bits. Add pimento strips for the lacing.
- Serve with crackers.
