
RITZ Caramel Apples
Apples are dipped into creamy melted caramel, then rolled in crushed crackers and colored sprinkles for a snack or dessert kids are sure to love.

Ingredients
- 5 apples (1-1/2 lb.), washed, well dried
- 50 caramels
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 30 RITZ Crackers, coarsely broken
- ¼ cup multi-colored sprinkles
Preparation
- Insert wooden pop stick into stem end of each apple; set aside.
- Cook caramels and water in medium saucepan on medium-low heat until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
- Dip apples in caramel; immediately roll bottoms in crackers, then in sprinkles.
- Place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet; let stand 30 min. or until caramel is firm.
