
RITZ Cajun Chicken Topper

Ingredients
- 4 chicken tenders (1/2 lb.)
- 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
- 32 RITZ Crackers
- 2 Tbsp. blue cheese dressing
Preparation
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning. Grill 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done. Cool 5 min.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in small skillet on medium heat. Add peppers; cook 2 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Cut each chicken tender into 8 slices.
- Top crackers with peppers and chicken; drizzle with dressing.
