  • 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian dressing
  • 35 RITZ Crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine first 4 ingredients.
  • Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with tomato mixture and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
