Ingredients
- 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Italian dressing
- 35 RITZ Crackers
- 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Combine first 4 ingredients.
- Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with tomato mixture and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
