RITZ BBQ Pulled Chicken Toppers

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 6 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 24 thin slices
  • 48 RITZ Crackers
  • 2 green onions, slivered
  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook chicken and barbecue sauce in saucepan on medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, cut cheese slices diagonally in half.
  • Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with chicken mixture and cheese.
  • Bake 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Top with onions.

    Serve topped with additional barbecue sauce.
  • Note
    Use the meat from a rotisserie chicken or roasted chicken from the deli department of your supermarket to prepare this tasty recipe in just minutes. Refrigerate any leftover chicken for another use.
  • Use Your Microwave
    Top crackers as directed. Place 6 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 20 sec. or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
