
RITZ BBQ Pulled Chicken Toppers

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 6 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 24 thin slices
- 48 RITZ Crackers
- 2 green onions, slivered
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Cook chicken and barbecue sauce in saucepan on medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, cut cheese slices diagonally in half.
- Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with chicken mixture and cheese.
- Bake 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
- Top with onions.
