Ingredients
- ½ large avocado, cut lengthwise into 12 slices
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 12 RITZ Crackers
- 1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
- Cut each avocado slice crosswise into thirds; brush with lemon juice.
- Place 3 avocado pieces on each cracker.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
