Red, White & Blue NILLA Cheesecake Shots Recipe


  • 20 NILLA Wafers, divided
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup sliced strawberries


  • Use  serrated knife to cut 4 wafers in half; coarsely chop remaining wafers.
  • Mix  cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Gently stir in 1 cup whipped topping; spoon into resealable plastic bag. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag.
  • Reserve  8 EACH blueberries and strawberry slices. Layer half EACH of the chopped wafers, cream cheese mixture and remaining berries evenly in 8 (3-oz.) shot glasses; repeat layers. Garnish with remaining whipped topping, halved wafers and reserved berries.

Make AheadThese fun desserts can be prepared ahead of time. Assemble as directed, except do not top with the halved wafers. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. Garnish with halved wafers just before serving.
