Ingredients
- 24 RITZ Crackers
- 12 slices deli-style honey ham (3 oz.), cut in half
- 4 oz. Brie cheese, cut into 24 small pieces
- 2 Tbsp. raspberry preserves
- 2 Tbsp. mixed nuts with pistachios, chopped
Preparation
- Heat broiler.
- Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet.
- Cover with ham, folding slices as needed to fit onto tops of crackers; top with cheese.
- Broil, 4 inches from heat, 1 min. or until cheese begins to melt.
- Top with preserves and nuts.
