Servings6 servings, 4 topped crackers each.
  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 12 slices deli-style honey ham (3 oz.), cut in half
  • 4 oz. Brie cheese, cut into 24 small pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. raspberry preserves
  • 2 Tbsp. mixed nuts with pistachios, chopped
  • Heat broiler.
  • Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet.
  • Cover with ham, folding slices as needed to fit onto tops of crackers; top with cheese.
  • Broil, 4 inches from heat, 1 min. or until cheese begins to melt.
  • Top with preserves and nuts.
