
Pulled Pork Dip

Ingredients
- ½ cup EACH chopped green and red peppers
- ½ cup chopped onions
- 1 container (16 oz.) pulled pork with barbecue sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lime
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
- RITZ Toasted Chips Original
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Cook peppers and onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add meat, sour cream, lime zest, lemon juice and 1/2 cup cheese; mix well.
- Spoon into 1-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
- Serve with chips.
