Ingredients
- 4 tsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. whole grain mustard
- 24 TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers
- 6 slices prosciutto (2-1/4 oz.), each cut into 4 pieces
- 4 fresh figs, each cut into 6 slices
- 1¼ oz. Manchego cheese
Preparation
- Mix mayonnaise and mustard until blended; spread onto crackers.
- Top with prosciutto and figs.
- Use vegetable peeler to cut cheese into 24 thin slices; place over figs.
