Need quick party appetizer bites? Try this delicious idea combining prosciutto ham, fresh figs and a bit of Spanish Manchego cheese.

  • 4 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. whole grain mustard
  • 24 TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers
  • 6 slices prosciutto (2-1/4 oz.), each cut into 4 pieces
  • 4 fresh figs, each cut into 6 slices
  • 1¼ oz. Manchego cheese
  • Mix mayonnaise and mustard until blended; spread onto crackers.
  • Top with prosciutto and figs.
  • Use vegetable peeler to cut cheese into 24 thin slices; place over figs.
