Need a savory appetizer? Seasoned pulled pork topped with cheese, avocado and pickled jalapeño makes the best Mexican inspired bites.

  • ½ cup fully cooked pulled pork
  • ½ tsp. ground annatto
  • ½ tsp. orange zest
  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 2 oz. Cotija cheese, thinly shaved into 24 pieces
  • ½ avocado, cut into 24 slices
  • 24 pickled jalapeño slices
  • 24 fresh cilantro leaves
  • Microwave meat, annatto and orange zest in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 to 40 sec. or until heated through; stir.
  • Top crackers with cheese, seasoned meat and remaining ingredients.

  • Shortcut
    Substitute store-bought packaged seasoned pork carnitas (Mexican slow-cooked pulled pork) for the pulled pork, annatto and orange zest.
  • Special Extra
    Top with pickled red onions in addition to pickled jalapeño slices. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
