Ingredients
- ½ cup fully cooked pulled pork
- ½ tsp. ground annatto
- ½ tsp. orange zest
- 24 RITZ Crackers
- 2 oz. Cotija cheese, thinly shaved into 24 pieces
- ½ avocado, cut into 24 slices
- 24 pickled jalapeño slices
- 24 fresh cilantro leaves
Preparation
- Microwave meat, annatto and orange zest in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 to 40 sec. or until heated through; stir.
- Top crackers with cheese, seasoned meat and remaining ingredients.
