Ingredients
- 24 TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers
- 3 oz. smoked Gouda cheese, cut into 24 slices
- 2 Tbsp. chunky applesauce
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 6 oz. cooked pork tenderloin, cut into 24 slices
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese.
- Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
- Meanwhile, mix applesauce and mustard until blended.
- Top crackers with meat and applesauce mixture; sprinkle with parsley.
