Seasoned TRISCUIT Crackers are topped with melted Gouda cheese, pork tenderloin and applesauce in this delicious appetizer bite that is perfect for a fall party!

  • 24 TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers
  • 3 oz. smoked Gouda cheese, cut into 24 slices
  • 2 Tbsp. chunky applesauce
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 6 oz. cooked pork tenderloin, cut into 24 slices
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese.
  • Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Meanwhile, mix applesauce and mustard until blended.
  • Top crackers with meat and applesauce mixture; sprinkle with parsley.
