 Pork & Apple-Mustard Topper Recipe

Ingredients

  • 24 TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers
  • 3 oz. smoked gouda cheese, cut into 24 slices
  • 2 Tbsp. chunky applesauce
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 6 oz. cooked pork tenderloin, cut into 24 slices
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Place  crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese. Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Meanwhile,  mix applesauce and mustard until blended.
  • Top  crackers with meat and applesauce mixture; sprinkle with parsley.
