Ingredients
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 4-oz. pkg.) mozzarella cheese, cut into 9 slices
- 18 RITZ Crackers
- 18 pepperoni slices
- ¼ tsp. dried oregano leaves
Preparation
- Cut each cheese slice in half. Top crackers with pepperoni and cheese. Sprinkle with oregano.
- Place 6 topped crackers on microwaveable plate.
- Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 sec. or until cheese begins to melt.
- Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
