OREO Mint Chocolate Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1 drop green food coloring
  • 1 OREO Mint Chocolate Candy Bar (1.44 oz.), chopped
  •  OREO Cookies

Instructions

  • Mix  first 4 ingredients in medium bowl until blended.
  • Stir  in chopped candy.
  • Serve  with cookies.

Make AheadThis easy-to-make dip can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving. For best results, let refrigerated dip stand at room temperature 15 to 20 min. or until slightly softened before serving.

SubstituteServe with Mini OREO Bite Size Cookies instead of the regular OREO Cookies. Makes 10 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 9 cookies each.

VariationPrepare recipe as directed, substituting 1/4 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips for the chopped candy bar, and increasing the peppermint extract to 3/4 tsp.
