OREO Fruit "Tart" Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping
  • 1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
  • 4 OREO Cookies, finely chopped
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (blueberries, raspberries, sliced bananas and sliced strawberries)
  • 2 Tbsp. apricot preserves, melted

Instructions

  • Beat  cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  • Spread  onto bottom of pie crust.
  • Top  with chopped cookies and fruit. Brush preserves onto fruit.
