
OREO Cookie Bread Pudding
Classic baked bread pudding is laced with chopped chocolate sandwich cookies for a special treat. Serve warm with ice cream for a luscious dessert.

Ingredients
- 4 cups day-old French breadcubes (1 inch)
- 16 OREO Cookies, quartered
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Combine bread cubes and cookies in large bowl.
- Whisk remaining ingredients until well blended. Add to bread mixture; toss to evenly coat. Pour into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 45 to 50 min. or until center is set. Serve warm or at room temperature.
