OREO Cookie Bread Pudding

Classic baked bread pudding is laced with chopped chocolate sandwich cookies for a special treat. Serve warm with ice cream for a luscious dessert.

OREO Cookie Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups day-old French bread cubes (1 inch)
  • 16 OREO Cookies, quartered
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Combine  bread cubes and cookies in large bowl.
  • Whisk  remaining ingredients until well blended. Add to bread mixture; toss to evenly coat. Pour into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake  45 to 50 min. or until center is set. Serve warm or at room temperature.
