
OREO Caramel Clusters
Melted caramels and chocolate are spooned over small clusters of mini chocolate sandwich cookies for yummy candy-type treats.

Ingredients
- 60 Mini OREO Cookies
- 28 caramels
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
Preparation
- Arrange cookies, in 20 clusters of 3 cookies each, on large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Cook caramels and water in small saucepan on medium-low heat until caramels are completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly.
- Spoon caramel sauce over cookie clusters, adding about 1 tsp. sauce to each cluster. Drizzle evenly with melted chocolate. Let stand until firm.
