NY-Style Cheesecake Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1-1/2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 32 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, each broken into 4 small rectangles

Instructions

  • Mix  cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until blended.
  • Whisk  in sour cream, then 1/2 cup whipped topping. Stir in remaining whipped topping and fruit.
  • Refrigerate  1 hour.
  • Serve  with graham pieces.

VariationPrepare using Neufchatel cheese, light sour cream and frozen light whipped topping.
