NUTTER BUTTER-Peanut Butter Sweet Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients

  •  NUTTER BUTTER Cookies (peanut shape), divided
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. EACH chocolate and orange sprinkles

Instructions

  • Chop  6 cookies; set aside.
  • Beat  cream cheese and peanut butter in medium bowl with mixer until well blended. Add sugar; mix well. Stir in chopped cookies.
  • Spoon  cream cheese mixture onto large sheet of plastic wrap. Use plastic wrap to help shape cream cheese mixture into ball; wrap tightly.
  • Refrigerate  1 hour.
  • Unwrap  cheese ball; reshape as necessary to form a round ball. Coat with sprinkles. Transfer to serving plate.
  • Serve  with additional NUTTER BUTTER Cookies.
