
NUTTER BUTTER Peanut Butter Sweet Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- NUTTER BUTTER Cookies (peanut shape), divided
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp. EACH chocolate and orange sprinkles
Preparation
- Chop 6 cookies; set aside.
- Beat cream cheese and peanut butter in medium bowl with mixer until well blended. Add sugar; mix well. Stir in chopped cookies.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture onto large sheet of plastic wrap. Use plastic wrap to help shape cream cheese mixture into ball; wrap tightly.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Unwrap cheese ball; reshape as necessary to form a round ball. Coat with sprinkles. Transfer to serving plate.
- Serve with additional NUTTER BUTTER Cookies.

Line a small mixing bowl with plastic wrap, with ends of wrap extending over side of bowl; spoon cream cheese mixture into bowl. Cover with ends of plastic wrap. Refrigerate until chilled. At serving time, remove cheese ball from bowl. Remove and discard plastic wrap. Place cheese ball on serving dish.
