
NUTTER BUTTER PB&J Cookies
These adorable, stacked peanut butter and jam cookies with a little chocolate and sprinkles on top only take 15 minutes to make when you start with store-bought cookies!

Ingredients
- 24 NUTTER BUTTER Cookies (peanut shape)
- ¼ cup strawberry jam
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
- 1 Tbsp. orange sprinkles
Preparation
- Separate cookie halves, leaving cream filling on one half of each cookie. Spread plain cookie halves with jam. Reassemble cookies.
- Cover baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread tops of cookies with semi-sweet chocolate; place, chocolate sides up, in single layer on prepared baking sheet. Top with sprinkles.
- Refrigerate 5 min. or until firm.
Recipe Tips
- Variation
Prepare recipe as directed, except use the round NUTTER BUTTER Cookies, and omit the orange sprinkles. Refrigerate 10 min. or until semi-sweet chocolate is firm. Melt 2 oz. orange candy coating wafers as directed on package. Use to decorate cookies to resemble basketballs. Let stand until orange coating is firm. - Special Extra
Microwave 1 oz. white chocolate and 1-1/2 tsp. peanut butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Drizzle over tops of cookies before adding sprinkles. Alternately, melt 2 Tbsp. peanut butter chips. Use instead of the melted white chocolate/peanut butter mixture. - Substitute
Prepare using your favorite flavor of jam, preserves or jelly.
