NUTTER BUTTER Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

The absolute best dessert recipe for peanut butter fans is this creamy pie with a peanut butter cookie crumb crust and a fluffy peanut butter filling.

  • 24 NUTTER BUTTER Cookies (peanut shape), finely crushed (about 3 cups)
  • 5 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
  • Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  • Beat next 4 ingredients in medium bowl with mixer until well blended. Stir in 1-1/2 cups whipped topping; spoon into crust.
  • Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 30 min. before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Top with remaining whipped topping.
