
NUTTER BUTTER Chocolate Cups

Ingredients
- 20 NUTTER BUTTER Cookies (peanut shape), divided
- 3 Tbsp. butter, divided
- 1½ pkg. (4 oz. each) semi-sweet baking chocolate(6 oz.)
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Crush 18 cookies finely. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter; mix with cookie crumbs. Press onto bottoms and up sides of 24 paper-lined mini muffin cups. Bake 8 min. Cool completely.
- Microwave chocolate, cream and remaining butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec. Spoon into cookie cups.
- Chop remaining cookies coarsely; sprinkle over desserts.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
