
NUTTER BUTTER, Caramel & Chocolate Popcorn

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (11 oz.) caramels
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 12 cups air-popped popcorn
- 2½ cups NUTTER BUTTER Cookie Bites
- ⅔ cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
- Heat oven to 300°F.
- Microwave first 3 ingredients in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 1 min.
- Combine popcorn and cookies in large bowl. Add caramel sauce; toss to evenly coat popcorn mixture. Add chocolate chips; mix lightly. Spread onto large rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 min., stirring after 10 min. Spread immediately onto large sheet of parchment paper; cool completely. Break into bite-size pieces.
