NUTTER BUTTER, Caramel & Chocolate Popcorn Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (11 oz.) caramels
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 12 cups air-popped popcorn
  • 2-1/2 cups NUTTER BUTTER Cookie Bites
  • 2/3 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 300°F.
  • Microwave  first 3 ingredients in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 1 min.
  • Combine  popcorn and cookies in large bowl. Add caramel sauce; toss to evenly coat popcorn mixture. Add chocolate chips; mix lightly. Spread onto large rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake  20 min., stirring after 10 min. Spread immediately onto large sheet of parchment paper; cool completely. Break into bite-size pieces.
