NILLA White Chocolate-Raspberry Cheesecake Bites Recipe


  • 4 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 oz. white baking chocolate, melted
  • 3/4 cup thawed frozen whipped topping
  • 40 NILLA Wafers
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 40 raspberries


  • Mix  cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Add chocolate; mix well. Gently stir in whipped topping; pipe or spoon onto wafers.
  • Microwave  jam in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 to 10 sec. or just until softened when stirred; drizzle over wafers.
  • Top  with berries.

How to Pipe the Cream Cheese MixtureSpoon cream cheese mixture into pastry bag fitted with star tip. (Or, spoon into resealable plastic bag; seal bag, pressing out excess air. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag.) Use to pipe cream cheese mixture onto wafers.
