NILLA Pumpkin Cheesecake Shots Recipe


  • 36 NILLA Wafers, divided
  • 4 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1-1/2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping, divided


  • Cut  6 wafers in half with serrated knife; coarsely chop remaining wafers.
  • Beat  cream cheese. pumpkin, sugar and cinnamon in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in 3/4 cup whipped topping.
  • Layer  half EACH of the chopped wafers, cream cheese mixture and remaining whipped topping in 12 (2.3-oz.) shot glasses; repeat layers. Top with halved wafers.
