NILLA Pumpkin Cheesecake Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup thawed frozen whipped topping
  • 40 NILLA Wafers
  • 40 candied pecan halves (about 3/4 cup)

Instructions

  • Mix  first 4 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  • Spoon  into pastry bag fitted with decorating tip. (Or, spoon into resealable plastic bag with small piece cut off one small corner of bag.)
  • Pipe  cream cheese mixture onto wafers; top with nuts.
