
NILLA Pecan-Peach Crisp

Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) peach slices in light syrup, drained
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar, divided
- 38 NILLA Wafers, divided
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Toss peaches with 2 Tbsp. sugar; spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Reserve 8 wafers for later use. Coarsely crush remaining wafers; place in medium bowl. Add nuts, cinnamon, butter and remaining sugar; mix well. Sprinkle over peaches.
- Bake 30 to 35 min. or until topping is golden brown and peaches are hot and bubbly; cool slightly.
- Top each serving with 2 Tbsp. yogurt and 1 of the reserved wafers.
