NILLA Pecan-Peach Crisp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz. each) peach slices in light syrup, drained
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar, divided
  • 38 NILLA Wafers, divided
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Toss  peaches with 2 Tbsp. sugar; spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Reserve  8 wafers for later use. Coarsely crush remaining wafers; place in medium bowl. Add nuts, cinnamon, butter and remaining sugar; mix well. Sprinkle over peaches.
  • Bake  30 to 35 min. or until topping is golden brown and peaches are hot and bubbly; cool slightly.
  • Top  each serving with 2 Tbsp. yogurt and 1 of the reserved wafers.

SubstituteSubstitute pumpkin pie spice for the cinnamon.

SubstitutePrepare using frozen vanilla nonfat yogurt or thawed frozen whipped topping.
