NILLA PB Mug Cake Recipe


  • 18 NILLA Wafers, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. baking powder


  • Chop  4 wafers coarsely; set aside. Finely crush remaining wafers.
  • Whisk  peanut butter and butter in medium bowl until blended. Stir in egg. Add finely crushed wafers, sugar and baking powder; mix well. Gently stir in chopped wafers.
  • Spoon  into 2 (8-oz.) microwaveable mugs sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Microwave  on HIGH 2 min. or just until tops of cakes look dry. Cool 1 min.

Recipe Tips

Special ExtraGarnish each dessert with a banana slice, 1 tsp. thawed frozen whipped topping, an additional NILLA Wafer and sprinkle of ground cinnamon just before serving.
