NILLA Orange Creme Toppers
Mix up the cream cheese mixture ahead, then top the vanilla wafers with the mixture before serving for a bite sized sweet that is perfect for a party!

- 2 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 2 tsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 orange
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 48 NILLA Wafers
- Beat cream cheese, butter, orange zest and juice in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually add sugar, mixing well after each addition.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture into pastry bag fitted with star tip. Use to pipe cream cheese mixture onto wafers just before serving, adding about 1 tsp. cream cheese mixture to each wafer.
- Special Extra
Sprinkle lightly with additional orange zest before serving.
The cream cheese mixture can be refrigerated up to 2 days before using as directed.
If you don't have a pastry bag, you can instead use a plastic bag to pipe the cream cheese mixture onto the wafers. Spoon cream cheese mixture into resealable plastic bag. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag, then use to pipe cream cheese mixture onto wafers.
