Ingredients
- 4 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 oz. white baking chocolate, melted
- ¾ cup thawed frozen whipped topping
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 40 NILLA Wafers
- 40 small raspberries
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
Preparation
- Mix cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Stir in chocolate. Gently stir in whipped topping.
- Cut kiwi lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices.
- Pipe or spoon cream cheese mixture onto wafers. Garnish with fruit and zest.
Recipe Tips
- Substitute
Substitute your favorite fruit, such as strawberries, drained canned mandarin oranges and/or blueberries, for the raspberries and/or kiwi slices. - Special Extra
Prepare recipe as directed, stirring zest into cream cheese mixture. Microwave 1 or 2 Tbsp. apricot preserves or orange marmalade just until warmed; brush onto fruit. Sprinkle with additional lemon zest, if desired. - Make Ahead
Cream cheese mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 1 week before using as directed.
