Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) white baking chocolate
- 1½ tsp. oil
- ¼ tsp. lemon zest
- ¼ tsp. lemon extract
- 40 NILLA Wafers
Preparation
- Microwave chocolate and oil in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Stir in lemon zest and extract.
- Cover baking sheet with parchment. Dip tops of wafers, 1 at a time, into chocolate; place, dipped sides up, on prepared baking sheet.
- Refrigerate 15 min. or until chocolate is firm.

Dip wafers in chocolate mixture as directed. Sprinkle lightly with additional lemon zest or coarse yellow sugar, then refrigerate as directed. - Make Ahead
These simple, yet delicious, treats can be prepared ahead of time. Store in single layer in airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 days. Note: Wafers will soften to cake-like texture with prolonged storage.
