NILLA Lemon Bites Recipe


  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) white baking chocolate
  • 1-1/2 tsp. oil
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon extract
  • 40 NILLA Wafers


  • Microwave  chocolate and oil in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  • Stir  in lemon zest and extract.
  • Cover  baking sheet with parchment. Dip tops of wafers, 1 at a time, into chocolate; place, dipped sides up, on prepared baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate  15 min. or until chocolate is firm.

Recipe Tips

Jazz it UpDip wafers in chocolate mixture as directed. Sprinkle lightly with additional lemon zest or coarse yellow sugar, then refrigerate as directed.

Make AheadThese simple, yet delicious, treats can be prepared ahead of time. Store in single layer in airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 days. Note: Wafers will soften to cake-like texture with prolonged storage.
