
NILLA Lemon Bars
Enjoy these delicious lemon bars, made with fresh lemons, when you need a simple but classic dessert. A vanilla wafer crust adds a special touch.

Ingredients
- 60 NILLA Wafers, finely crushed
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- 1½ cups granulated sugar, divided
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. zest and 1/4 cup juice from 3 large lemons
- 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Combine wafer crumbs, butter and 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar; press onto bottom of foil-lined 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Combine flour, baking powder and remaining granulated sugar in medium bowl. Whisk eggs, lemon zest and lemon juice until blended. Add to flour mixture; mix well. Pour over crust.
- Bake 20 min. or until center is set. Cool completely.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
