NILLA Holiday Peppermint Trees Recipe


  • 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1-1/2 cups thawed frozen light whipped topping
  • 36 NILLA Wafers
  • 2 Tbsp. chocolate spread
  • 1 tsp. assorted holiday sprinkles or colored sugars


  • Stir  extract into whipped topping; spoon into pastry bag fitted with star tip.
  • Spread  top sides of 18 wafers with chocolate spread; cover with remaining wafers, bottom sides down. Place on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Pipe  whipped topping mixture onto stacked wafers to resemble evergreen trees. Decorate with sprinkles.

Special ExtraTint whipped topping mixture with green food coloring before spooning into pastry bag and using as directed.
