
NILLA Frozen Lemonade Squares
Lemonade concentrate blended with frozen yogurt tops a NILLA Wafer crumb crust in this frosty, refreshing no-bake dessert.

Ingredients
- 44 NILLA Wafers, divided
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 4 cups frozen vanilla yogurt, softened
- 6 oz. (1/2 of 12-oz. can) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- ½ cup thawed frozen whipped topping
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
Preparation
- Line 8- or 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
- Reserve 9 wafers for later use. Finely crush remaining wafers; mix with butter. Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Beat yogurt and lemonade concentrate with mixer until blended; spread over crust.
- Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into squares.
- Serve topped with whipped topping, reserved wafers and berries.

Empty remaining lemonade concentrate into small pitcher. Stir in 1-1/2 cans water. Refrigerate until ready to serve over ice.
