Ingredients
- 1½ pkg. (8 oz. each) brick cream cheese, softened
- 6 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- 80 NILLA Wafers
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 cups raspberries
Preparation
- Beat cream cheese and butter with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in sugar until blended. Add vanilla; mix well.
- Spread about 1-1/2 tsp. cream cheese mixture onto flat side of each of 40 wafers; cover with remaining wafers to make 40 sandwiches. Spread tops with remaining cream cheese mixture.
- Arrange in rectangular shape on large platter or cutting board, in 5 rows of 8 sandwiches each. Top 9 sandwiches in top left corner with blueberries. Top remaining sandwiches with raspberries.
