Ingredients
- ½ small avocado
- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 24 TRISCUIT Rosemary & Jalapeno with Chia Seeds Crackers
- 2 oz. reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 24 slices
- 3 Tbsp. sweet chili sauce
Preparation
- Cut avocado crosswise into 12 slices, then cut each slice in half; drizzle with lime juice.
- Top crackers with cheese, avocados and chili sauce.
