Ingredients
- ⅓ cup EACH blueberries and sliced fresh strawberries
- Zest and juice from 1 small lemon
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 12 TRISCUIT Crackers
- ¼ cup mascarpone cheese
Preparation
- Toss berries with lemon zest, lemon juice and sugar; let stand 5 min.
- Spread crackers with mascarpone just before serving.
- Top with berry mixture.
