Ingredients

  • 12 TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers
  • 1/4 avocado, cut lengthwise into 6 slices, then cut crosswise in half
  • 1 navel orange, sectioned
  • 12 fresh mint sprigs

Instructions

  • Top  crackers with avocados.
  • Add  oranges.
  • Top  with mint.
