Mini Italian Sub RITZwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • 24 RITZ Fresh Stacks Italian Herb Crackers
  • 3 slices Genoa salami (3 oz.), each cut into 4 pieces
  • 4 slices deli ham (3 oz.), each cut into 3 pieces
  • 2 slices provolone cheese (1-1/2 oz.), each cut into 6 pieces
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded lettuce
  • 2 Tbsp. creamy Italian dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped red peppers

Instructions

  • Cover  each of 12 crackers with 1 piece EACH salami, ham and cheese.
  • Top  with remaining ingredients.
  • Cover  with remaining crackers to make 12 sandwiches.

Recipe Tips

How to Serve WarmHeat oven to 350°F. Place 12 crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with salami, ham and cheese. Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, dressing and remaining crackers as directed.
