Ingredients
- 1 can (19 oz.) black bean soup
- ¾ cup drained canned corn with red and green bell peppers (half of 11-oz. can)
- ¼ cup salsa
- 3 Tbsp. light sour cream
- 15 PREMIUM Saltine Crackers
Preparation
- Cook soup, corn and salsa in saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Ladle into soup bowls; top with sour cream.
- Serve with crackers.
