Mexican Fiesta Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (19 oz.) black bean soup
  • 3/4 cup drained canned corn with red and green bell peppers (half of 11-oz. can)
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 3 Tbsp. light sour cream
  • 15 PREMIUM Saltine Crackers

Instructions

  • Cook  soup, corn and salsa in saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Ladle  into soup bowls; top with sour cream.
  • Serve  with crackers.
