Mexican Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup thick and chunky salsa
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  •  RITZ Crackers

Instructions

  • Place  unwrapped block of cream cheese on microwaveable plate.
  • Top  with salsa, cheddar cheese and olives.
  • Microwave  on HIGH 45 sec. to 1 min. or until cheddar cheese is melted; sprinkle with cilantro.
  • Serve  with crackers.
